- Inspection of Fabric: During the inspection process, extensive attention is given to the qualitative features of fabrics. Features like Smoothness, texture, softness, etc. are taken into the consideration.
Pre-Treatment: It is a primary process in which all the fabrics are prepared for printing. At this stage the fabrics are prepared for digital printing. All the fabrics are coated with chemicals like urea, alginate, etc.
Printing: After Pre-treatment process printing process is carried out and computerized designs are then printed on the fabrics by using digital printers.
Post-Treatment: This process involves the ageing of fabrics. At this stage the fabrics are steamed on high temperature.
